My wiki
My link to my wiki is embedded in the title above. I decided to get the ball rolling on using wikis in my classroom. I would like to, for the next assignment I give my students in my Pre-Calculus class, have them come to this wiki so that we can have a list of websites, ideas or information without overlaps. I picture it being like the wiki video we saw in class where the kids make a list and then edit it into one final consolidated document.

I like your layout for your wiki. Do you plan on having a discussion with your students? Do you have any sites you can get the ball rolling with? I know with Middle School they always need examples of what to look for first.... Which just made me think about how I could use my wiki more effectively! (Thanks! haha).
ReplyDeleteI haven't really gotten that far yet! When I get a spare moment (right), I'm going to show the kids some examples. I envision this being a next-year thing.
